At the event, several industry leaders—including Yan Lidong, Vice President of TPV Technology and General Manager of the OBM Monitor BU for China and Asia-Pacific; Liu Xiqiang, Global Display Technology Director and General Manager of TÜV Rheinland’s Electronics Business for Greater China; and Qiao Xiangan, Head of the Monitor Category at JD Retail’s 3C Digital Division—shared insights on eye-care display technologies and the evolution of the esports industry.
Over the years, BOE has remained deeply committed to the esports field, securing a leading edge in areas such as ultra-high definition, high refresh rate, low power consumption, and eye protection. The company continues to iterate and upgrade its technologies, working closely with partners to develop customized solutions and drive the advancement of esports display innovations.
At the showcase, BOE presented a full range of cutting-edge technologies, including its circular polarization eye-care solution and ADS Pro + Mini LED display technology.

Among the highlights, BOE unveiled its next-generation circular polarization eye-care technology, a world-first innovation. This technology features a unique circular polarizing eye-care layer on the screen surface. By forming a circular light vector endpoint trajectory with uniformly distributed polarization over time, it mimics the spiral diffusion pattern of sunlight. As a result, the emitted light closely resembles natural light, significantly reducing directional stimulation to the eye’s lens and retina, and offering users a healthier, more natural visual experience.
BOE also showcased its industry-leading ADS Pro + Mini LED solution, which combines the wide viewing angle and high refresh rate of ADS Pro with the outstanding HDR performance and deep blacks of Mini LED. This synergy delivers a visual experience comparable to OLED displays. As refresh rates continue to climb, the technology also enables local dimming-based black frame insertion, greatly enhancing the clarity of fast-motion scenes and effectively reducing stutter and latency—setting a new benchmark for esports display performance and image quality.

At the exhibition area, BOE gathered numerous members of the “Best of Esports Alliance,” showcasing a wide range of next-gen esports technologies in collaboration with top-tier brands including ASUS, MSI, AGON, Machenike, MECHREVO, ROG, BenQ MOBIUZ, Lenovo Legion, Thunderobot, Hisense, Red Magic, and OnePlus. These cutting-edge products are powered by BOE’s signature technologies such as ADS Pro, α-MLED, and f-OLED.
Among the highlights:
- The ROG Strix SCAR 9 Plus Extreme Edition features BOE’s ADS Pro technology, delivering an ultra-fast 240Hz refresh rate and 3ms response time. Equipped with Mini LED backlighting, it offers 2,000 local dimming zones and a peak brightness of 1200 nits, along with 100% DCI-P3 ultra-wide color gamut, providing gamers with an immersive, high-impact visual experience.
