As a leading company in the global semiconductor display industry, BOE brought more than 50 world-class and industry-leading innovative new products enabled by 3 major display technology brands of ADS Pro, f-OLED and α-MLED, as well as the new generation of cutting-edge technology applications such as naked-eye 3D, light field display, AIoT, VR/AR. BOE also proposed the technical direction and related solutions of “full-scene AI smart display” for the first time, demonstrating its technology foresight and global leadership in the display industry.
It is worth specially paying attention that BOE has also set up a green and low-carbon zone in the center of the booth, highlighting its industry-leading role in the field of sustainable development, such as green manufacturing, green product technology and green supply chain. 1. Three major display technology brands strongly lead the industry trend
As you enter the booth, the first thing that catches your eye is BOE’s world first 16K 110” ultra-large naked-eye 3D display, which has broken through the innovative heights of the display industry with its advantages of ultra-high definition, ultra-high resolution, multi-viewpoints, and wide color gamut. The product is equipped with high-color gamut Mini-LED backlight and BOE’s self-developed 16K interlaced pattern arrangement algorithm. The 3D viewing angle is expanded to 60° and is widely used in diversified scenarios on advertising, conferences and education.
In the field of new technology application, BOE also exhibited a newly defined 32” light field display with a single-eye resolution of 4K retina level. Its face tracking function and active human-computer interaction system brought immersive and shocking 3D display effects to the audience.
In addition, BOE’s world-first flexible automotive product attracted many visitors’ attention, including the 17”central control screen with a gradient curvature on the driver’s side, as well as the first launched 15.05” electric folding screen on the co-pilot’s side. The curvature radius is as low as 400mm, which can achieve automatic shape changes for different usage needs.
Another global debut of BOE’s 44.8” in-vehicle ultra-large oxide product is also a highlight. Combined with glass-based Mini-LED backlight, it can achieve a million-level contrast ratio and 2000nit high-brightness picture quality, perfectly meeting consumers’ pursuit of quality and immersive visual experience.
In addition, BOE also launched the industry advanced P0.3 Micro-LED product, which has a peak brightness of 2000nit, contrast ratio of 40000:1 and 110% NTSC color gamut. The borderless curved sliding splicing vehicle prototype adopts a modular sliding splicing method to achieve seamless and flexible screen layout and display contents
BOE’s 16” Ultra-S gaming notebook product for e-sports players also uses Mini-LED backlight, has the industry’s first 2000:1 ultra-high static contrast ratio design, and a 240Hz ultra-high refresh rate, which can present an extremely smooth gaming experience even comparable to OLED picture quality.
2. Full-scenario intelligent AI display injects new momentum
At this SID exhibition, BOE brought a series of eye-catching technologies and products based on AI applied, which injects new impetus into the industrial upgrade development.
BOE launched the world’s first 3rdgeneration UB Cell AI TV product, which not only has the BT2020 95% ultra-high color gamut, but also greatly reduces the screen light reflectivity to 0.7%, and obviously increased the contrast ratio to 1400:1 (more than twice that of OLED) under 100Lux ambient lights. In terms of smart intelligence, this product can achieve the best display quality in any environment and scene, by means of the industry’s first screen-integrated temperature, multi-channel light sensors, multi-dimensional real-time perception, ambient temperature and brightness, color temperature, and adaptive dynamic adjustment drive.
At the same time, the world’s first LCD smart display technology with local dynamic refresh was launched, realizing from 1Hz to 120Hz refresh frequency, which can be applied in variable display area and smart frequency modulation, and can reduce the product’s power consumption by 15%-50%. In addition, the product is also equipped with BOE’s self-developed “AI TV Digital Human Assistant” based on self-developed terminal offline voice algorithm. It can realize more functions as smart speaker and personal assistants, we well as interact with all smart devices, so as to help TV to become the brain of the smart home and the center of the family.
In terms of innovative applications, BOE also brought a series of “AI + display” high-quality technology solutions, which takes the lead in technology upgrade trend and defining the future direction trend of the display industry. In order to reduce more power consumption of OLED product, BOE launched the world’s first hardware-level AI low-power picture quality enhancement technology. Through the deep integration of AI neural networks on the screen, it realizes 8K 120 Hz real-time picture processing to reduces the power consumption of the OLED product by more than 20%, so as to achieves the best balance between power consumption reduction and picture quality improvement.
In addition, BOE can also improve the picture quality of MLED COG (glass-based technology) direct display products by embedding the industry’s first AI image quality restoration technology into the display chip. It has now been applied to MLED COG direct display splicing products in various size needs.

At this year’s SID, BOE specially set up a green and low-carbon zone in the booth, which fully demonstrated its industry-leading position in green intelligent manufacturing, green product technology, and green supply chain. It also brought a number of leading low-power technologies and low-carbon notebooks, monitors, mobile phones and other products, realizing green and sustainable development from design, panel, modules, to finished goods.
Based on the industry-leading oxide technology, BOE demonstrated the world’s leading 14” low-power notebook display product on site. It applies the tenth-generation oxide technology, which reduces power consumption by 30% compared with conventional products, and the panel power consumption is as low as 0.7W when maintaining a 120Hz refresh rate. BOE’s world-first 23.8” Easy monitor product with integrated functional integration technology can save 50% of raw materials, while 30% recyclable glass saved.
At the same time, both 31.5” AB high-end LCD monitor display with high contrast and low reflectivity, and the 27” H display equipped with the original HSR dual-mode technology, are using recyclable raw materials, which the module recycling rate reaches 53%. Of course, BOE ensures the perfect picture quality by incorporating green and low-carbon concepts. In addition, BOE’s first independent pixel drive OLED productis applied with the world’s first SDP power-saving OLED technology, which reduces its power consumption by 5%-6% in multiple product scenarios.
