At CES 2023 in Las Vegas, BOE showcased cutting-edge display products and demonstrated key technological advancements. BOE has also been awarded the prestigious “2022-2023 Global Leading Brand” and “2022 Global Brand Award” for the display products. This recognition comes as no surprise, given the impressive technology that BOE has been developing and showcasing at various industry events.
One of BOE’s most notable technological advancements is ADS Pro, which has opened up a new era of ultra-high-definition TVs. As one of BOE’s strategic partners, Hisense TV released its flagship ULEDX series with BOE’s ADS Pro LCD, enabling a 150,000:1 contrast ratio, 2500nits brightness, 178° viewing angle, and superb picture quality. With HSR super frequency multiplication technology, the screen can achieve a 240Hz refresh rate, allowing users to enjoy an immersive visual experience. Hisense ULEDX 110-inch UX has won the CES 2023 Innovation Award.
At CES 2023, new gaming laptops and monitors emerged one after another, and BOE was at the forefront of these cutting-edge developments. As an industry enabler, BOE partnered with well-known brands such as Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, and Lenovo to demonstrate a series of products equipped with ultra-high refresh rates of 144Hz/165Hz/240Hz/480Hz.
Acer’s series of new products made their debut at the exhibition site alongside BOE, among them Helios 16 and Helios 18, Acer’s current high-performance gaming laptops, both of which use BOE’s high-performance screens with an ultra-high refresh rate of 240 Hz. ASUS, on the other hand, focuses on the new ROG products in the gaming field, fully adopting the ROG Nebula Screen powered by BOE display technology. It continuously upgrades the display technology in the fields of high resolution, professional color gamut switching, and ultra-high brightness.
Alienware, a subsidiary of Dell, has also released a number of gaming laptops powered by BOE’s high-end display technology, including the X-series and M-series. The world’s first 18-inch 480Hz high-refresh panel is applied to the new Alienware M18 with BOE, which once again breaks a new record for the display refresh rate of gaming notebooks.
In addition to gaming laptops, BOE has also developed innovative displays for vehicle use. BOE Varitronix, BOE’s subsidiary for the automotive industry, presented a variety of leading in-vehicle display products and cutting-edge solutions at CES 2023. BOE demonstrated a 6.8-inch flexible OLED display integrated with an under-screen camera solution that saves display space and creates more design freedom. BOE has promoted OLED displays in dashboards, central control, and taillights.
BOE has also showcased 3D displays, Mini LED, and BD Cell. The 12.3-inch naked-eye 3D display has a resolution of almost 5K and a brightness of 1200nits, providing drivers and passengers with a vivid stereoscopic visual experience. The 21.6-inch R2000 curvature display with 4K resolution and over one million contrast ratios demonstrates the technical advantages of Mini-LED technology, particularly in terms of its excellent color performance.
Overall, BOE’s advanced display technology is changing the game in various industries, from home entertainment to gaming and automotive displays. Their recognition as a global leading brand is a testament to the innovation and quality that BOE continues to deliver, and we can expect more exciting developments in the future.
BOE’s BD Cell technology will soon be integrated into the new Aston Martin DB series. The 27-inch BD Cell dashboard display drew a lot of attention from the crowd. It enables a comfortable driving experience for drivers and passengers.
